Schedule:

Starting Friday afternoon we’ll set up camp.
Later there will be some training for those who arrived early.

Saturday will be full training:
7:00 to 7:30am Breathing and Meditation, then breakfast;
9:00am to 11:30pm: Weapons Training, followed by lunch;
1:00pm to 4:00pm: Weapons Training,
then get-together around the camp fire in the evening.

Sunday:
7:30 to 8:00am Breathing and Meditation, then breakfast;
10:00am to ~1:00pm: Weapons Training,
then camp breakdown.

(Those times are tentative and may be changed based upon circumstances.)

What to bring:

Of course: your weapons and training outfit (gi);  Comfy and safe shoes.
!Sunscreen, bug spray, waterbottle, a hat and sunglasses are strongly recommended, even if you only join us for a few hours!

Food and beverage for the time of your stay at the camp;
maybe something prepared to throw on the grill.

All of the necessary items for camping: tent, sleeping bag, mat, gas stove, cook ware, towels, and whatever else you need to be comfortable for a couple of days in the mountains. Bring some warm clothes, it can get pretty chilly at night. And be aware that Cellphones won't work up there!

The campsites are car-accessible with parking lots!
Firegrate and picnic table on each site;
potable water and restrooms on the campground.

Fees:

Full Seminar fee is $35 per person, $20 for one day.
Minors (under 18) pay $20 for the full seminar.
Campsite lots are $17 per night
(not included in the seminar fee).

Non-training family members are free on the same campsite. Each campsite lot can be shared by two or more tents depending on the space available.

Directions (click on the map for more details):

From Fort Collins take Highway 287 (College Av.) north, on the La Porte Bypass.
Continue on Hwy 287 to the Hwy 14 (Poudre Canyon Hwy) intersection.
Turn left (west) onto Hwy 14  and go ~26 miles to the Pingree Park Road (County Rd. 63E/131).
Turn left and travel uphill on the dirt road for 6.4 miles to the
"Jacks Gulch Recreation Area".
Turn into right into the campground, then left to the individual campsites loops.
