The
12-week course Introduction to Ki and Ki-Aikido, Mondays and Wednesdays,
started on
Monday, April 7, and runs until Wednesday, June 25. You still can
join us.

Times: Ki-Class only 6pm to 6:50pm; Ki and Ki-Aikido 6pm to 8pm.
The Summer Intro Course will start immediately after that on Monday,
June 30th.
In the 3 months you will receive
special attention and personal guidance by our
experienced and friendly instructors, to overcome the
starting difficulties and learn the basics easily.
To provide the best individual care, the class is limited to 8
people.
Outfit: either wear a martial arts training uniform, provided
after sign-up if you don't have one. Otherwise (for Ki Class) loose clothing like sweatpants and
longsleeved shirt/T-shirt are fine. We always train barefoot. It is
also recommended to bring a water bottle, water to refill is available.

teaching. The fees entirely go into the dojo to pay the rent for the
premises, insurance and promotional expenses!
