KettleBell conditioning is a traditional Russian training system featuring a simple, complete, extreme, handheld gym. KettleBells are the preferred training tools of world-class martial artists, and competitive athletes.
KettleBell training focuses on core stabilization, shoulder flexibility and correct use of the breath.
By radiating power from ALL muscle groups, KettleBell lifters are able to safely press more weight over a greater range of motion than standard training methods, thus developing great strength.
